Core Banking Solution (Syndicate-e-banking)

  • bullet The Bank is the first among the Public Sector Banks to implement Core Banking Solution (CBS), way back in 2001.
  • bullet Currently all of our Branches are in the CBS fold.
  • bullet The CBS Project has enabled the Bank to deliver banking products and services over multiple delivery channels like networked ATMs, Telebanking, Internet Banking and Mobile Banking, so as to provide Anywhere Anytime Anyhow (AAA) banking service to customers. With the introduction of CBS, the Bank has transformed the Branch customers to Bank customers thereby achieving significant shift in customer preference from brick-and-mortar channel to 24x7 delivery channels.

ATM Network

  • bullet The Bank has rapidly expanded the ATM network considering the fact that ATMs have become the most acceptable delivery channels. As on 31.12.2016 the Bank has a network of 3843 ATMs..

Synd e-Passbook

Synd e-Passbook solution is a Smartphone application to cater to the ever growing tech savvy customer base. It is a convenient and secure mobile app to get our account details and statements on our Smartphone. It’s a green initiative of providing Digital Passbook facility on mobile. It is one of the popular products of the Bank


Synd Guide

Bank has launched “SyndGuide” - a mobile-based application which provides virtual website on the palm to our valuable customers. It is a green initiative and acts as a guide for knowing about information relating to Bank's locations, schemes, products, news and events, rate of interest, etc. on Smartphone.


Point of Sale (POS) Acquiring

Bank ventured into the Merchant Acquiring business on 02.10.2009. All its POS terminals do comply with VISA / MasterCard / RuPay specified standards and are fully compliant to handle EMV and PIN based transactions for all types of Cards issued by Banks.


Central Pension Processing Centre (CPPC)

The Bank has already migrated Central Civil, Central Freedom Fighter, Telecom, Postal and Defence Pensions into Govt. Business Module after obtaining approvals from the concerned Pension Sanctioning Authorities and RBI Mumbai and the same is handled through CPPC smoothly

Depositor Education Awareness Fund (DEAF) scheme of Reserve Bank of India has been implemented since June 2014.
